Leaders of Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone Visit Changlu Group for Research and Inspection

        On the afternoon of February 27th, Lan Jun, Director of the Administrative Committee of the National-level Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Deputy Director Wu Xiaolu led a delegation comprising heads of the Party and Government Office, Economic Development Bureau, Investment Promotion Bureau, Science and Technology Talent Bureau, Enterprise Service Bureau, and Planning and Natural Resources Bureau to visit and inspect Changlu Group. The group was received by Zhou Defu, Chairman of Changlu Group, General Manager Zhou Hao, Office Director Zhou Hongguang, and Propaganda Department Head Zhan Congqing.

        Guided by Chairman Zhou Defu, the research team toured the production lines to gain detailed insights into the features of the company's heat treatment equipment, advanced technologies in product innovation, application scenarios, market expansion efforts, and notable achievements.

 

        In the exhibition hall, Zhan Congqing, Head of the Propaganda Department, provided an overview of the company's development history, public welfare and charitable activities, and the support and guidance received from senior leaders. Chairman Zhou Defu engaged in in-depth discussions with the delegation on topics such as patents, equipment manufacturing, and market prospects.

        During the subsequent symposium, Chairman Zhou Defu comprehensively introduced the company's profile, production status, technical capabilities, and industrial park development plans. He expressed hopes to strengthen government-enterprise collaboration to promote the stable and healthy development of private enterprises. 

        Following the presentation, Deputy Director Wu Xiaolu remarked that under Chairman Zhou Defu's leadership, Changlu Group has demonstrated persistent entrepreneurial spirit, clear development goals, continuous innovation, and steady management over its 50-year journey. She emphasized that the Development Zone government would enhance supportive services to help the company grow into a centennial enterprise.

        Director Lan Jun stated that departments across the Development Zone would improve service coordination in enterprise management, technological innovation, project applications, and policy support to alleviate corporate pressures. Looking ahead, he urged the company to focus on attracting upstream and downstream enterprises in the heat treatment industry chain during its industrial park construction and investment phase, aiming to create an industrial cluster effect. The Development Zone pledged to collaborate with Changlu Group in formulating specialized supportive policies to foster industrial agglomeration and enterprise growth.
