Changlu Group's Zijiang Furnace Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project Signed

    On February 6, Qixia District held a conference to promote the integrated development of industrial technology innovation and enhance work style construction. Attendees included members of the District Committee Standing Committee, leaders from the District People’s Congress, District Government, District Political Consultative Conference, as well as all leadership members from the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone and Xianlin University City. Heads of relevant district departments, subdistricts, industrial parks, and units under the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone and Xianlin University City also participated.

    During the conference, Changlu Group’s “Zijiang Furnace Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project,” a high-quality initiative poised for implementation, was formally signed with the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Located within the national-level Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, the industrial park will be funded by Changlu Group, with UTOPA providing services including project positioning, design planning, marketing, and investment management. Spanning 37 mu (approximately 6.17 acres) and involving a total investment of approximately 560 million yuan, the project is scheduled for completion and delivery in 2028. The park aims to establish a modern industrial hub integrating advanced manufacturing, mechanical processing, R&D, new energy and materials, and artificial intelligence, positioning itself as a high-end, industry-aggregated, and distinctive industrial cluster.

    According to reports, UTOPA has already secured preliminary agreements with several prospective tenants aligned with the park’s industrial focus, including Changzhou Nuoyu Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ruifulei Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Lingkang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Tianlu Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhongbo Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. These partnerships will lay the foundation for transforming the project into a cutting-edge industrial agglomeration platform within the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone and the broader city. Changlu Group and UTOPA will further support tenant growth through digital services, financial solutions, and supply chain management, leveraging their expertise in industrial operations and organization to foster enterprise success.
